The Free Medical Clinic of Darlington County is an interdenominational Christian ministry which provides free medical care, medications, and pastoral support to Darlington County residents who are ineligible for Medicaid, who are without the financial resources to afford such care, and/or who have no medical insurance.

As a supporting foundation dedicated to the patients of CareSouth Carolina (a community health center open to everyone) we strive to find ways to assist in the early detection and treatment of disease. Patients identified as both financially in need and medically/clinically in distress are referred to our program and a 4-step verification process is implemented.The United Way of Hartsville has invested in the better health of the community here in Hartsville by supporting this program.
